TAC claims Policy – Updated June 2021
If you are claiming your physiotherapy treatment through the TAC (Transport Accident Commission), please be aware of our practice policy outlined below:
BodyMotion Physiotherapy – TAC claims Policy – As of June 2018 – PLEASE NOTE: You will need to pay our full private fee & claim back from the TAC directly
Unfortunately you’ve been injured in a car accident and you need Physiotherapy treatment to assist you to recover. What happens now?
The TAC may tell you that we can bill them directly, but we no longer do this. If you are not happy with this arrangement, please let us know and we can speak with you about it in more detail.
You must notify us when you BOOK your appointment that you are looking to claim your physiotherapy session through the TAC.
TAC Obligations
You may need to bring with you relevant documents relating to your TAC claim such as any correspondence from the TAC, scans, x-rays, doctors or surgeons reports.
